Comment on alleged illegal vapourisers pouring into California and spreading throughout the U.S. market

Apparently it doesn’t make a difference whether the products are legal or illegal, people do not follow laws that have not been made by them like dictated anti-smoking legislation and assume that anything possible that you can do on your own can likewise be practised by anybody on their own. I wouldn’t bother myself very much because I only smoke outside and know what it is to be exchanged with blackmail to do so out of a fine that does not punish anything guilty but innocent people and actions.

It is encouraging to learn that people are prepared to break unjust laws that were not made by them but by others following what Martin Luther King said, that we have a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws. This law should not lie to people that they are guilty for something when they smoke inside and they are innocent for doing so.

The state and law are useless depending on what the inhabitants of the same area of influence think and believe, and that is what democracy says. If you do not want a state, you should not have one. If you want or need no laws then you should have none over you. If you want to smoke you should be able to do so anywhere that you are. And likewise if you feel that the state or law have no purpose to serve you with you should do without. But this must be decided by society first and not by the state on its own. Things that are decided by the state on its own without society do not apply to society and are therefore all wrong. Those decisions belong to those who are acting on them and not to the state. Smoking inside is not wrong and so should not be punished as if it was wrong or guilty and not innocent to do.

The freedom of one stops where the freedom of the next neighbouring person begins, and likewise, the freedom of the state and police to issue fines and confer punishment stops where the freedom of the concerned citizens begins. They have no right to dictate to us what to do, what we do is what’s possible to do on your own.

Flavours or no flavours is up to the factory and shop to decide. Flavours don’t harm anybody so stop with your commands and accept reality and what’s happening instead. Those products are taxed appropriately to be a source of revenue to the state and that is only what they are, a source of revenue for the state and a factor and element of the economy. They should be regulated according to the laws of reason and not arbitrarily and it doesn’t matter what the regulator wants instead of what should happen, what is deemed necessary and what the minimum requirement is.

Legislators and politicians should not abuse their power to impose their will onto those who have elected them, by turning it against them, and they are not allowed to do so either. A state constitution in place in almost every country prohibits what is currently happening on part of the law and enough of this is enough. They should quit what they are doing and not the rest.
