Smokers are innocent for being fined or being threatened to do so and everyone carries the same rights with the next counterpart in terms of smoking both inside and out and the same obligations in terms of the same reason. While driving on through a red light signal is a punishable event that bears consequences smoking in public is not a punishable event that bears no consequences, but depends upon the level of freedom that is available under conditions.
It so happens that rights are natural and do not depend on the legal constitution of the country the people who have them belong to, so much more that they do not depend on laws that do not respect those rights and punish their existence with imprisonment or fines.
Everyone was born free with the right to smoke inside and select that in between inside and outside, and burning the tip of a cigarette either inside or out is the foreseeable way of using and consuming it, since it has been acquired by its owner who has to do nothing more to consume it in the foreseeable way than to pay for it and not be coerced for doing so. Nothing more like removing themselves from where they are already that occurs as coercion.
In terms of mandatorilly and exclusively smoking outdoors, think that smoking and walking to do that are two separate initiatives of the same person that must remain separate to each other. They should not have to acquire them for the same reason, and have the right to circulate i.e. to move about freely and not by being compensated to do so, which is a legally registered human right that everyone uses. Why not smokers as well? Who should check Article 13 of the United Nations Human Rights Carter and compare it to what’s happening or to what they are experiencing. Is it not evident by considering the concept of circulation while moving that smoking bans fail to respect and adhere to everyone’s right to free movement with first and foremost those who smoke who should carry the same rights and obligations as everyone else, no more and no less?
Moreover plain packaging has to do with the right to retain the fruits of your labour, and does not respect it for everyone like it should, and excessive taxation is further opposed by the right to even and just and fair taxation that is collected fairly like it is distributed.
