The case against the outdoor smoking bans being plotted by the Labour government

Punishing innocent people for their innocent actions should not be allowed to politicians. Smoking has no consequences whether it is done indoors or outdoors and both should be allowed and permitted. Politicians are not limitless in the power they can exercise and what they can vote on. They are not allowed to rob others of their own decisions that belong to them. They are overlooked by the state constitution which is in a position to punish politicians that exceed their limits when exercising power that they are not entitled to exercise, like punishing innocent smokers for the innocent action of smoking. Politicians who violate the constitution and choose what will not be allowed against what can be allowed instead on a personally selective basis with a selective process of their own are in other words dictating the content of the law down to the citizens without social consent and agreement and deserve to be punished for reciprocally dictating the law to society. Every citizen deserves to be free and devoid of unnecessary restrictions.
