We prefer peace over war and we do not want war with tobacco neither with anything else. The war on tobacco must stop here and now and peace must prevail. Being smoke-free or tobacco-free must depend on the individual concerned about their own decisions and thus their responsibility and not on your decisions that are about them and are made for them while those are the ones taking them.
People who are mature enough to smoke and make their own decisions smoke because of that on the condition that they are not being told what to do by others. By telling people what to do when they are adults you forfeit the purpose of the requirement of their maturity and then you go on to raise the age limit variably each year to justify your actions against the people of your country and their right to be free and not the slaves of the abhorrent anti-smoking campaign which has yet gone too far.
You must know when to stop as well as at which point. Smoking tobacco is an invention that does not belong to you instead of its inventors, and like all other inventions it is distinguished by human creativity and the creativity of the human brain, and just like all other inventions it had to be invented and serve its purpose and to aid its function.
You do not want to see only one side of the story without having the opposite version or different opinions with unlimited diversity. Everything and every cultural element must be represented in a society and thus smoking must exist for those who prefer it and vaping also had to be invented and must exist for those who have chosen it over smoking.
We must be properly awakened to the fact that we have democracy, and these are the principles that apply to democracy. The attitude and approach of the article and the whole anti-smoking or anti-vaping campaign is also antidemocratic and contravenes the principles of democracy or of popular rule for the legislator’s fulfilment of his personal opinion that he votes on.
