It is the unfinalised “The Property of a Lady” unreleased Bond film planned for 1991 but never released, because of MGM being taken over by Sony Music Entertainment and a lawsuit concerning money profiteering from film exports. It would be Timothy Dalton’s third Bond movie, but it never came out unfortunately.

This is an unfinalized draft of the planned movie for 1991 with Timothy Dalton as James Bond 007 that never came out. This is a perfect memorandum of free smoking and the times when we used to be free. Every character behaves ideally as he or she wishes, spontaneously, limitless and free from the leprecorn of our time.
This is a very good reason for those people responsible for preventing the release of the film to have done so. You could say it got censored because of the attitudes and ideas it portrays, which are many that include normal and spontaneous smoking in an ideal, healthy and free environment and world free from the devil of today’s unnecessary conditions placed on our freedom. This is what must be shown to one of those puritans complaining about the role smoking plays in the fine arts and cinema with actors and not only them as artists. It will give them the right argument they need and the better example for the rest of us!
