Tobacco overpricing not only commits theft against the customer who would smoke ripping them of their wealth until this becomes unsustainable to maintain their status any longer as a smoker, by sharing the same common interest with a wider group that promotes and enhances social interaction in a socially healthy climate, what becomes termed as discouraging smoking from society, but it also ruins the opportunity of having longer cigarettes productively priced at the same cost as the shorter regular sized ones, which promotes the same concept of personal economy. And on top it is interconnected and related to plain packaging in such a way that it can be seen that one cannot exist without the other.
However tobacco plain packaging coexists with its overpricing in separate terms based on different conditions. So a question can be asked and raised: What connects tobacco overpricing to its plain packaging? One answer can be seen as follows:
How can you demand such a high price disproportionately without blaming the responsibility of the manufacturer who supplies the product and exchanges it with its nominal price in order to address them for their exchange?
By not distinguishing between different manufacturers of the same product having different types, names and variations corresponding to that same price, by not distinguishing their products in reciprocation to each other and imposing tobacco uniform packaging along with disproportionate tobacco overpricing to support one measure or restriction with the other one and coerce smokers by binding them in conjunction.
Also tobacco plain packaging has come in to support the mentioning of smoking by the law under the smoking ban once what is now named has come to exist under no distinction of its origin. Don’t be so smart, health minister.
