Using the law that ensures our survival to protect us from smoking is absurd

Using the law that ensures our survival to protect us from smoking is absurd – if not have been present there would be a robbery for the same person every ten minutes and a sporadic attack or murder with the same or an arbitrary frequency for everyone in town. How can some people use the law out of which they live to protest about smoking and their everyday life to regulate their course of action in synchronisation to that of all the rest is a question that has to be directly asked to them. And how can they take the initiative to write their improvisions onto it?
