Tobacco taxes that equal fines for the same reason

Punitive taxes that drive cigarette prices to unaffordable and disproportionate prices for the smoker and consumer are not only having the effect of discouraging smoking but also of punishing those who smoke by robbing them of the money that they were able to earn in order to be able to smoke when situated in one of those locations that tax tobacco to disproportionate levels in comparison to the real value of the same product.

Not only are smokers subjected to the constant exchange of blackmail of the threat of paying the money that they were able to earn to a fine that erroneously punishes the same innocent activity from the same person if it is performed by them under a roof, and in whichever other cases, but they are forced to lose the money that they were able to earn to the tobacco tax which may amount to equal sums of money as that of a fine for performing the innocent activity of smoking under a roof, which is every person’s natural right.

Despite smoking under a roof presenting no victim or victims out of its innocent performance, not having any consequences or reason for the same person performing this action alone to feel guilty of doing so, it is falsely claimed by the law to be an “offence”, an erroneous statement that constitutes a lie that is written onto the law while smoking under a roof does not constitute an offence according to the same definition and proof.

But the law would not be able to punish the exercise of everyone’s right of smoking under a roof if it had not declared that the same action was an “offence”, the result being that it contains a lie told to those who have to follow it in respect of themselves and everyone else. Funny enough that those responsible for the content of the law have not even learned how to be honest and not lie in order to achieve their aims.
