Fascism controls the means to diminish what they want to eliminate and they have demonstrated that they are never going to stop and compromise to treat people fairly instead of themselves. What a selfish thing to assume and an attitude to adopt that the interrelation of people with smoke must affect their relationships in society.
The smoker who will catch cancer in his life is not the passive smoker who would have done the same to catch cancer but who had not done so to be at any risk at all. Hence discrimination is applied having one group of people instructed by the remainder of the populous in no reciprocity whatsoever. This is only directed at the health of the smoker and not at their own health.
By doing so when contradicting their temporary or immediate interest which is distinguished to be personal. This form of social discrimination is enhanced by the fact that our cities consist of the interior spaces they are made of and hence smokers have to be lead out of their city to smoke in resemblance.
Those enacting smoking bans should be brought to the right justice for doing so according to the constitution and its objectives. We cannot as an electorate instruct and give commands to the Lords who usually smoke cigars from Havana to refrain according to their salutation by adhering to our constitution of 1215 only because we got to vote on it.
In America the opening clause ‘We The People’ is identical to its expression and makes no separation of roles or differentiation of exchanges called the retailer, the factory or industry owner and the smoker versus the non-smoker about the roles they play in society.
‘We The People’ is analogous to its interpretation and will require no intervention by the law as to what each entity exchange under but can be all seen as the bulk distribution chain who are equal to each other and get treated as such! In Greece for instance existing rights cannot become limited in writing according to that constitutional and legal document. Hence smoke bans have not consulted the highest legal document of the state to be directly enacted.
In America the smoke ban is also called an act of the attainer. This means that acquiring a property or value as a person or entity does not disadvantage or advantages someone affecting their status unless so by conferring them justice by the judiciary. Becoming a smoker or not is acting in attaining the property or value of someone who smokes and not eligible to put them in a different disposition opposing the law and their rights and obligations.
