I am reaching the conclusion that the reason for our enslavement to the smoking ban results from the exchange of being fined for smoking resulting in displacing ourselves from our habitual environment. We are not free anymore today because we would be fined by the police for smoking in a solitary dependency in the wrong place which one that is depending on mature conditions and not treating us like underage children who happen to smoke, and whenever they feel like it they are programmed as robots to do the same thing as the consequent from the same antecedent. Freedom is measured in terms of its liberty and no one would say that that exists under smoking restrictions and constricted trade conditions like tax hikes and generic packaging.
Not being free because of the police and its potential confrontation leads to other conclusions as well. It smells like a rat i.e. that somebody is not free because of counter-smoking restrictions and legislation. What do you think that the tobacco industry is? Is their entire profession still performed under the common good? Are all these jobs and forms of employment still good for everyone like all jobs are commonly attributed to one another? The answer may be no or it may still be yes when they didn’t tell you that this collective interest has been returned back to them.
I don’t barely think that deaths from lung cancer, throat cancer and heart disease attributed to smoking are the special responsibility of those who make the cigarettes. What the government and anti-smoking campaigners fail to realise is that it is the socially shared responsibility of everyone including those who smoked and died it being their own fault. Those people like all the rest are responsible for their own actions of smoking and that is valid according to the law.
Most definitely society’s members are all responsible to a shared degree for some of them dying out of smoking including themselves and the tobacco industry but not the tobacco industry alone. The right to free movement should not be violated by smoking bans and the right to retain the fruits of your labour should not be violated by generic packaging legislation.
You cannot present the law in place of the national constitution of your country and expect it to be followed instead of it. Generic packaging occurs in the style of a state monopoly like the ones that exist under communism.
And it is not allowed to condemn the tobacco industry by defining who they are in the law or define who the smokers are in the other law. About those two, Chucky once said in Child’s Play of 2019 that, “Andy, you forgot your science book” by waving toilet paper at him. We must also get used to the fact that those laws are unconstitutional and that they are followed instead of the constitution in our country and all countries with a similar law in imitation of what the state is and what its role is.
The role of the state is to serve its citizens and not to oppose their immediate interests. The false flag that you see has been raised by the A.S.H., the W.H.O. and who else of them you know by use either of the health minister or the prime minister or each one of them is called like that because those decisions were not taken by them but were made by the antecedent of the false flags in question.
Bring Back Smoking Freedom
