Dear Index source and Foundation,
During the past decades and recent times we have shaped the impression of combustible cigarettes as pollutive and unhygienic mainly instruments that could not alter or change their properties of destructive counterpart.
Alternative solutions were introduced as e-cigs and other digital or electronic devices imitating smoking but no attention has been given to R&D transformed tobaccos in the U.K. as it has been in other parts of the world that are used to produce more sparkling-like cigarettes that may reduce organic lung pollution by up to 50%.
R&D transformed tobaccos are used to produce less unhygienic combustible cigarettes that contain much less tar, may not emit benzoleum and emit less carbon monoxide. They fall under descriptions such as double-filter, advance, switch, impulse, and their prices would have to drop proportionately to value and cost so as to replace half or more of regular tobacco sales and cut health risks by up to 50% for consumers of tobacco products.
Shaping national policies should reflect the adaptation that contemporary facts are dynamically subjected to their change and not constant to their present perception and therefore that reduced health risk cigarettes must be considered and promoted of their use and preference over regular tobacco products dropping respective retail prices.
This change and improvement provides for the solution available to a much discussed problem facing mankind and may capture more serious attention of the W.H.O. in order to respond in a more affirmative manner to those who maintained their indifference to alternative smoking solutions.
Novel R&D combustible tobacco products can henceforth introduce the subject of a ripe discussion and debate involving conflicting views and opinions that is the subject of democracy that needlessly upvoted predefined policies and unaffordable restrictions given all of the above by which the question should be raised of how does your Foundation expect to predict it to uphold moreover ending the sale of R&D tobaccos contained in novel combustible products?
Instead of acquiring a counter-productive cause your Foundation must retain, increase and encourage the consumption of novel tobacco products halving original health detriments to replace those risks posed to health of consumers of tobacco products by up to 50%.
