The common characteristic of all these prohibitive laws is that they punish innocent people for their innocent actions, punishing innocent actions that deserve no punishment. They then say that “the new law will make it an offence to…” do this or to do that, which are all everyday life activities that people are entitled to, that carry no guilt for performing the same decisions that belong to each individual separately. These activities are all self-regulated and each person has the inalienable right to the selection of course of action and when it carries no consequences like smoking inside or buying cigarettes from a 19-year-old adult or selling them to a 19-year-old adult, there should be no punishment originating exclusively from the law and its writing, neither is it allowed for politicians and parliamentarians to punish innocent people for their innocent actions that carry no guilt for deciding them, and that is not permitted by the state constitution.
So we must shift our attention from the law and what has been written on it under the error of judgement of the political leadership of the country, to the country’s constitution which does not allow that to happen to the rest of us. Because it happens to our expense and we become the victims of law enforcement which imposes the arbitrary choices and decisions made by the political leadership when those decisions belong to each person separately and do not belong to those who have taken them instead of us.
The reason why smoking is banned indoors is because it is punishable to do so, so nobody has ever tried it for losing their money. Well, it is unjustly so and it is not punishable according to society and according to each person who does not punish their neighbour or report a crime against them to the police for the same little thing. Meaning that it is an innocent action to smoke inside, to manufacture cigarettes with decorated packets and to buy them from an adult which is not guilty for anything against anyone else, except from the lie that the law is declaring to the British people. This has got to stop and it will stop by reporting those politicians and parliamentarians to the authority that overlooks their constitutional compliance. It is then that we shall see that their actions are punishable instead of their false claims, which are charging thousands of pounds of fines to innocent people for their innocent actions and restricting the freedom of their own nationals.
