It is the aim of our website not to respect or be afraid of Labour and Labor Party counter-smoking legislation that always gets enacted by the Labor or the Labour Party of any pioneering country or passed by left-wing usually women in politics and spreads because of them indiscriminately of each country’s independence to the rest of the world by formulating the role and reinforcing the job of the state that it will have to adopt and adapt to.
People should be free to smoke without interference from the state or law – those enacting smoking bans will found their national constitution from their private cell, because the state violates the constitution when it enacts unjust laws and mandatory requirements the rest have to pay for.
Those responsible for enacting smoking bans are liable and also accountable to the constitutional courts of each country they operate or serve in. They have not been left unsupervised to legislate the abuse of power and cannot do whatever they want instead of what they should by complying to the constitutional requirements most of which are theoretical principles and mainly foundational values.

This group is working together believing in amending the indoor smoking ban as part of English law. We oppose the socially defined majority which decided for us not to smoke in places such as cafés and bars by discarding the wishes of everybody else!
People today cannot smoke freely, if so they have to be put and placed in time, and this must change into an equivalent respect. No one will disagree with ventilated smoking facilities in places of social congregation, and besides, smoking is an everyday recreational event under the lack of which recreation could itself soon die out considering the many pubs that have closed down owing to others accountable for deciding our actions and ill-defining our rights since the introduction of a smoking ban.
It’s been a long time ago since when smokers’ persecution has systematically been taking place in society, often through the disrespect of our group, and since when our categorisation has taken the form and shape of legislation and a massive prohibitionist movement derived under an unjust regime which most obviously lead to an individual disposition of inhibition and a constraint for most usual everyday people.
This group aims to make our objectives best known and our opinions better understood by promoting common understanding of personal individual sensitivities between members of society.
This group is for whoever believes or strongly believes in amending or repealing the indoor smoking ban adjusting it to everyday life and contemporary social needs while considering ourselves as social human beings with a need of expressing ourselves in a liberal manner.
Besides, smoking is everybody’s right to perform and not only of those who smoke, making it a matter for the general public to decide upon their rights in the first place!

We commence workings on this group under a humorous and bitter title of seeking reference and comparative compromise having oral solutions to existing issues facing public health making up the expense of lost liberty. Had electronic vaporising been available in the market at the time of legislating smoking could have been conditionally excluded while vaporisers admitted into premises where comprehensiveness applies to its feasibility.

Amend it or fully scrap the smoking ban!
How can they enact unconstitutional laws under their awareness and claim that they have to be followed directly out of reading them just because they were written in the first place without complying to the constitutional requirements of the state they enact them into?
Those enacting smoking bans from having taken the ride participating in their enforcement will found their national constitution from their private cell and pay for legislating the abuse of power.
It is everyone’s constitutional right to smoke outside clubs and restaurants and rights are declared as inalienable and everyone should be free to smoke without intervention from the law or the state.
Constitutions are in force to defend liberty and civil liberties of citizens and liberty is absent in the form of its perceived freedom from where you can imagine. That is purely unacceptable and inconceivable and unjust.
Those exposed to the bodily needs of others with this medium should seriously consider cohabiting society in the same space and grow independent of what takes place around them in a proportionate and mature fashion. The smoke they are referring to has come out of someone’s lungs to be residual and typically does not address their needs. Giving instructions from one citizen to the next is instead prohibited. Adults over 21 are in guardianship of themselves.
