£54,000 spent on budget from Lords for leisure and for smoking infrastructure

An approved budget of the House of Lords means installing smoking standing points in Victoria Park and the Houses garden next to the River Thames, and renovating the seating tables balcony with lighter chairs and tents for shedding areas, where smoking can be practised and enjoyed without interminglement from M.P.’s who resorted there after adjustments for disabled needs were made in year 2012. The smoke port has been auctioned and been contested on its price. £54,000 were approved.
